How I work

Problem solver with a systems mindset

I am a chemistry student who enjoys building and improving ways of working – not just doing the task, but refining the process around it so that people, tools, and routines fit together smoothly.

In practice this means observing how work actually happens, designing small changes, testing them with the team, and then turning the best version into a clear, shared method. I focus strongly on communication so everyone understands the “why”, not just the “what”.

I am comfortable in fast-paced, customer-oriented environments and I like to keep momentum high, while still being sensitive to the stress levels and capacity of the people around me.

Method design & refinement

I develop routines and systems that increase quality and efficiency, starting small so colleagues can adopt them without friction and scaling up once they work in reality.

Structured planning

I think in projects: breaking work into milestones, planning schedules, and assessing risks – both to avoid problems and to be prepared when they happen.

Communication & meetings

I believe good meetings are the best way to synchronize a team. I am used to talking with many customers in a day and keeping conversations constructive, even when the mood is tense.

Organized environments

From tools on a table to collaboration between departments – I pay attention to how things are organized, because that’s where reliable methods and good service start.

Broad chemistry studies including general, organic, inorganic, physical, analytical, environmental and biochemistry, with additional work in data analysis and ethics. This mix gives me both theoretical and practical angles on how to approach complex problems.
